Jim Harbaugh mentioned last week that he and his coaching staff were in the midst of a complete self-scouting process.
Harbaugh and the Wolverines are, of course, looking for ways to improve upon an 8-5 season that featured three straight losses to close the year. Michigan has plenty of work to do. It also has plenty of returning talent.
And, perhaps, the most difficult schedule in America.
