The Michigan football program has had tremendous success recruiting in the Northeast recently and this weekend, at the Wolverines annual BBQ, they will aim their sights on an elite defensive tackle by the name of Tywone Malone.
If you aren’t familiar with Malone, he’s the No. 7 defensive tackle in the 2021 class and just like recent 2020 commitment, Jordan Morant, he is from Bergen Catholic out of Oradell, New Jersey.
What’s even better, is that according to Sam Webb of the Michigan Insider ($), Malone will be visiting the Wolverines this weekend and with his ties to Michigan football, there is a reason for optimism about his recruitment even at this early stage.
