Michigan Football: Wolverines in position to add elite RB in 2021

Heading into the 2020 season, Michigan football has to be pretty pleased with what it has going on at running back.

The Wolverines will bring back Zach Charbonnet, a true sophomore and also Hassan Haskins, a redshirt sophomore after the two combined for more than 1,300 yards and 15 touchdowns. Charbonnet averaged 4.9 per attempt on 149 carries, while Haskins averaged 5.1 on 121.

Of course, the Wolverines learned they would be losing some experience in the backfield Thursday as Tru Wilson announced he would be leaving the program as a graduate transfer, however, joining Charbonnet and Haskins next season should be former starter Chris Evans.
