When it comes to the 2020 recruiting class, Michigan football is off to a solid start, including six commitments.
The number is a bit low but when you look at the depth of the Michigan football program overall, you can see why. The Wolverines don’t need huge numbers of recruits. They need to chase the elite guys and they have the luxury of being selective.
Of course, every program still wants to make sure it has the right kind of depth and at certain positions, like in the secondary, where you know you are going to play lots of players in every game, numbers are important.
