For the past couple of weeks, Michigan football fans have been taking the results over teams like Western Michigan and SMU with a grain of salt. The Wolverines are supposed to beat those teams and since they weren’t even Big Ten games, they weren’t given much credence.
It didn’t matter that the offense scored 94 points and the defense gave up just 23. Fans weren’t going to be happy no matter what happened. Now that Big Ten play starts with Nebraska Saturday, that will probably, well it will probably stay the same.
The Huskers are 0-2 under new head coach Scott Frost, however, they have only had their preferred quarterback for about 3/4 of a game.
