It's official.

Ed Warinner will be Michigan's new offensive line coach.

Warinner, originally hired as a senior offensive analyst from P.J. Fleck's Minnesota staff in January, took over for the recently departed Tim Drevno in late February as Michigan's new offensive line assistant.

The move became official Thursday.

Drevno, who had served as Michigan's offensive coordinator/offensive line coach during Jim Harbaugh's first three seasons in Ann Arbor, left the program shortly after the Wolverines hired former Florida head coach Jim McElwain as wide receivers coach with the possibility of becoming a coordinator.
