Oak Park High School will be losing a terrific athlete in 2020 after star wide receiver Maliq Carr departs for what we all hope is Michigan football. All indications point to Carr’s impending commitment, especially changing his Twitter profile picture to one of him wearing the maize and blue uniform.
Yet, this story is not about whether the three-star receiver will play for Michigan football, rather this is a story about Maliq’s performance at The Opening Regional in Ohio where he received a 121.20 football rating, placing him in the 99th percentile of The Opening Athletes tested and earning him the MVP award for receivers.
