At the wide receiver position alone, Michigan football has extended 34 offers during the 2021 recruiting cycle. One of those went to four-star Xavier Worthy and that’s one name that Wolverine fans should keep an eye on.
Worthy is ranked 317th nationally according to the 247 sports composite rankings. He’s also 56th in the nation among wideouts and 28th in the state of California. However, the Fresno prospect is dynamic and at 6-foot-1, he would be a perfect fit for Josh Gattis’ offensive system.
Not only is he a dangerous weapon as a receiver, but he’s also a very skilled returner.
