The Michigan football program has been busy landing commitments from all over the country in recent weeks, however, on July 4th, the Wolverines lost one of the top 2020 recruits in their home state to archrival Ohio State.
The player in question is three-star athlete Cameron Martinez, who ranks 370th overall according to the 247 sports composite rankings and is No. 8 in the state of Michigan. He ranks 21st among athletes without a position in the 2020 class.
At one time, Martinez seemed like a solid lean for Michigan football, yet, things just never seem to materialize.
