Some Michigan football fans aren’t going to get super excited about the Wolverines adding a commitment from three-star cornerback Ja’Den McBurrows. But that’s only if they don’t dig a little deeper.
McBurrows is ranked just as the 580th overall player according to 247 sports in the 2021 recruiting class and among corners, he’s 44th. The 5-foot-10 defensive back is also ranked as the 88th-best prospect in the state of Florida.
However, if you look at some of the offers McBurrows was getting leading up to his commitment, then you can see why Michigan football fans have reason to be excited about this one.
