When it comes to cornerbacks, few schools have had more success over the years in turning out good ones than Michigan football.
David Long and Jourdan Lewis are two recent third-round draft picks that played corner at Michigan football and Lavert Hill, a current starter, will be another. Others include guys like Ty Law, Charles Woodson, Marlin Jackson and that’s not even all of them.
Obviously, some of those guys were before the Harbaugh era but there is no doubt that Mike Zordich, even though he may not be a great recruiter, is tremendous at developing talent, just look at the steps forward taken by Ambry Thomas and Vincent Gray right now.
