As far as Michigan football is concerned, the Wolverines should have a relatively quiet Early National Signing Day, outside of the fact that U-M is expected to sign 27 recruits.
Michigan's class is ranked 11th right now, according to the 247 Sports team rankings for the 2026 class. That doesn't seem likely to change. It didn't after the Wolverines added their latest commitment, via a flip, from three-star O-line Adrian Hamilton. He was committed to Virginia Tech.
That's the second flip in the 2026 class this week. Michigan finally landed another cornerback, flipping four-star Jamarion Vincent from Baylor.
