Michigan football has already lost two defensive assistants from its coaching staff this week, however, it doesn’t look like the Wolverines will be losing Don Brown.
That’s because according to Football Scoop, the Owls have decided on Rod Carey to be their next head coach, effectively passing on Brown, the defensive coordinator for Michigan football for a second time.
Last month, Brown was a finalist and lost out to Manny Diaz, who was the DC at Miami. Yet, when Mark Richt stepped down as head coach the Hurricanes, Miami hired Diaz, which put Brown back in play for Temple.
