Michigan Football: Don Brown making adjustments with more zone

Michigan football had one of if not the most dominant defenses in college football for 10 games last season. One problem, there are 11 regular season games and if your lucky a Bowl Game. Ohio State’s whipping of the Wolverines man-to-man coverage and zone check was eye-opening.

Don Brown deflected blaming players from taking all of the blame himself. Brown likes his defenses to pressure and be aggressive with blitzes and man-to and coverage. It seems that Don Brown would like to add some more flavor to his defensive schemes and is starting to adjust having Michigan practice more zone coverage.
