Even though national signing day is just a couple of days away, it was supposed to be a relatively slow week for Michigan football when it comes to recruiting.
However, that changed quickly on Monday as three-star athlete Amauri Pesek-Hickson de-committed from Michigan football after head coach Jim Harbaugh reportedly asked Pesek-Hickson to reclassify for 2020.
Nick Baumgardner of the Detroit Free Press got the inside scoop in a story published Monday and after interviewing the parents of Pesek-Hickson, it became clear that Michigan football wasn’t going to add him as part of the 2019 class.
