This week’s offer board update has a bit of a new format as I added a new section you’ll see at the end. The other sections are heavy on wide receiver news, with a few going off the board and a previously offered prospect decommitting from a school. Added Latrell Neville back to the board. The three-star wide receiver from Missouri City, Texas decommitted from Virginia Tech on June 6. He received his offer from Michigan on April 21, 2019.
