Michigan basketball's Isaiah Livers exits game after hard fall vs. Illinois

Michigan basketball's Isaiah Livers exited Saturday's game against Illinois after a hard fall during a dunk attempt.

Livers, playing in his first game since suffering a groin injury against Presbyterian on Dec. 21, grabbed his groin area after the fall. He was in visible pain and spoke with Michigan trainer Alex Wong during the ensuing timeout. He shot two free throws and then exited the game for Brandon Johns Jr.

Livers was taken to the locker room.

He had seven points when he exited the game and had just hit a go-ahead 3-pointer.
