Then again, the Wolverines were favored to beat Iowa this past weekend, too.
The Scarlet Knights aren't on the same level as the Hawkeyes, or Michigan (20-2, 9-2 Big Ten).
But they've improved in their third season under Steve Pikiell. Rutgers (11-10, 4-7) has already picked off Ohio State, Nebraska, Penn State and Indiana in conference play.
Meanwhile, U-M isn't playing as well as it could be, especially on offense.
