If you saw a Michigan basketball fan walking around, randomly smiling, it was probably because they were thinking about how Howard scored one of the most talented recruits to commit to the program since the days of the Fab Five.
The 2020 class now has Todd, a 6-foot-10 stretch four that was once considered the best prospect in his class and is still in that conversation.
