There is no doubt that Juwan Howard has given the Michigan basketball program some added juice on the recruiting trail.
Whereas Michigan basketball never used to be in on many five-star recruits, that’s not the case with Howard and after five-star recruit, Jaden Springer visited Ann Arbor over the weekend, it seemed like the Wolverines have a legitimate chance of getting a commitment.
Springer is one of the top players in the 2020 class and he took an official visit which coincided with the first football game of the season. But if you can read anything into this tweet sent out by his mom, where the family called Michigan a “special place” it seems like he got a lot of out the visit.
