When it comes to Michigan basketball, much of the talk has been about five-star targets in the last few days. But Wednesday, Juwan Howard continued his push for an elite commitment and reaffirmed John Beilein’s offer to top guard Nimari Burnett.
Burnett plays for Prolific Prep in Chicago and is ranked as the fourth-best combo guard in the country, as well as the No. 22 player overall in the 2020 class. He was a key target of the previous coaching staff and it wasn’t shocking to see Howard extend him an offer.
