And the first part of the Big Ten schedule has gone about as well as the Wolverines (16-1, 8-1 Big Ten) could have envisioned.
“I definitely would’ve taken (a 9-1 record)," said Michigan coach John Beilein. "If we can do that, that’ll be a great start to this part of the season."
