Michigan basketball has added a big name to the 2019 recruiting class.
A familiar name, too.
German prospect Franz Wagner — the younger brother of former U-M star Moritz Wagner — committed to the Wolverines after signing a financial aid agreement with U-M. He becomes the second member of U-M's 2019 class, joining 4-star signee Cole Bajema.
