Michigan Basketball: Examining the final 4 Games in the regular season

It’s no secret. Michigan basketball is lost without their leading scorer, Isaiah Livers.

When he limps, the crowd quiets.

When he’s in sweat pants on the bench, Wolverine fans expect the worst that day and instantly contemplate if the team has a chance to make the offseason without him.

He’s that impactful.

Some would call that an overreaction or a baseless dramatization of the facts, but, of course, the reality is we have a depth-less Wolverine squad without the ability to manufacture points in his absence.

This season is marked by overwhelming confidence in a group of guys that can compete and beat the ‘blue bloods’ of college basketball, followed by immense doubt on the heels of a losing streak, and presently, eagerness to survive the gauntlet while ensuring the health of Michigan’s chosen one.
