There's a word that John Beilein likes to use, typically around this time of year, to describe what Michigan basketball needs.
That would be "outlier," as in someone who steps up their play during the final month of the season.
"Anything could happen right now," Beilein said Wednesday afternoon. "Our outliers could be anybody on the team. Somebody gets hot here and also plays good defense. And I think you've got to think of it that way.
