Michigan basketball crossing fingers that Isaiah Livers' injury streak is over

Isaiah Livers already has come back from an injury twice this season.

Saturday afternoon, he made it a third return.

Livers was in uniform and warmed up with the rest of his teammates. He was back in the starting lineup and played 36 minutes, finishing with 19 points, six rebounds, two blocks and one steal in Michigan basketball's 71-63 win at Purdue.

It was the first game he had played since suffering a right ankle injury Feb. 16 against Indiana. The junior forward, who had been wearing a black boot that covered the foot, traveled with the team to Rutgers for Wednesday's game, but did not play.
