It was only a matter of time before John Beilein, the legendary former Michigan basketball coach, started coming up as a possibility for head-coaching jobs in Division I basketball.
And while some Michigan basketball fans were worried that Howard Eisley could become a candidate for the Boston College job and he certainly still could, there are reports that Beilein is a target of the Eagles according to multiple college basketball insiders according to 247 sports such as Jerry Meyer, Andy Katz and others.
Here’s what Meyer said on his podcast about Beilein following his tenure with the Cleveland Cavaliers that ended after less than one full season.
