Michigan basketball is adding Oakland to its non-conference schedule next season, a program spokesperson confirmed Friday afternoon.
The Wolverines and Grizzlies will now play for the first time since 2011.
Michigan and Oakland played four times between 2007-11, but the four-year series was not renewed by former coach John Beilein.
The Wolverines are 7-1 all-time against the Grizzlies.

In addition to the matchup with Oakland, Michigan is also scheduled to play Oregon on Nov.
