Michigan Baseball heads to Nebraska riding an 8-game winning streak

Entering this week, Michigan Baseball had built itself a seven-game winning streak thanks to back-to-back weekend series sweeps against Ohio State and MSU. Looking to keep the momentum rolling, the Wolverines played Central Michigan at Ray Fisher Stadium on Wednesday after a rain delay pushed the game a day.

Grant Bradley got the start for Michigan and went unscathed through the first inning, but Chippewas got on the scoreboard in the top of the second courtesy of a homer. Michigan came back swinging in the bottom half of the inning, with Benjamin Casillas clubbing a three-run homer to put the Wolverines up 3-1.
