Michigan appeared in the first half to show little to no ill-effects from Wednesday's scare at Willow Run Airport in Ypsilanti Township.
"As we went through all this the last 24 hours, our kids as the time went on, I could see their appreciation for what they just went through and how blessed they were to play today. I think we're playing right now like we're just blessed," Michigan coach John Beilein said on Big Ten Network at the end of the half. "They're playing like they're not caring about anything else. They're just playing the game that they love to forget about what happened.
