Karan Higdon and Jon Runyan selected for All-Big Ten first-team

Michigan had 11 players earn all-Big Ten honors Wednesday, including Karan Higdon and Jon Runyan, Jr. on the first-team.

Higdon was a consensus pick by coaches and media. He is the first Wolverine back to rush for 1,000 yards since Fitzgerald Toussaint in 2011.

He totaled 1,178 yards at over five yards a pop, as well as 10 scores.
