During his first offseason at Michigan, Jim Harbaugh was having a conversation with reporters about quarterbacks. Long noted for his fondness of working with the position, Harbaugh has never been afraid to mentor a new player or starter under center at the end of a lengthy competition. It's a fresh challenge, complete with what can be a rewarding growth process.
