If Michigan basketball wants another March run, it must fix its offense

EAST LANSING — As the clock trickled down Saturday night with Michigan basketball's Big Ten title hopes circling the drain, the faces attached to the shirts and ties told the story.

Luke Yaklich, U-M's chief defensive staffer, wore a 1,000-mile stare after watching Cassius Winston knife through his unit with an absurd dribbling display that led to a Matt McQuaid dunk.

John Beilein, the man in charge of the whole thing, spent the better part of the final stretch pacing the sidelines, looking up toward the rafters, his mind no doubt running a mile a minute.
