It's been a little more than nine months in the making.
Back in December, Shea Patterson stepped off an airplane and social media documented him stepping on the field at Michigan Stadium.
He was throwing snowballs that day.
On Saturday, he'll be tossing footballs. And his new head coach cannot wait for it.
