A.J. Henning was on his way back to Frankfort, Illinois.
The four-star receiver had just finished a visit at Michigan football, and the Wolverines had arranged for a car service to take Henning back home.
But Henning wasn't ready to leave Ann Arbor just yet.
He asked the driver to turn the car around and head back to U-M's campus — so that he could commit to the Wolverines.
“His reaction was just sort of, ‘Really?’ " Henning said during an appearance on Big Ten Network on national signing day. "And then I was like, ‘Yeah, can we just turn around?
