Detroit Cass Tech has been one of Michigan's most successful high school football programs the past decade.
The Technicians have won three Division 1 state championships since 2011 and sent several players to the next level, which is why they are considered a pipeline school for numerous college programs.
The team's talent level makes it difficult for most players to start as a freshman.
