New Michigan’s running backs coach Mike Hart returns to Ann Arbor a decade-plus removed from being Michigan’s all-time leading rusher. Coach Hart, however, has crafted his own legacy since then, rising up the coaching ranks, and now returning to his Alma-mater at a time when the program needs to get back to its winning ways.
Hart’s impact at Michigan as a player, and as a coach isn’t lost on running back Hassan Haskins.
“Working with him is a blessing,” Haskins said. “He was one of the greatest. He’s a legend. I’m glad he came here and I get a chance to work with him.
