The question posed to him was about the lifetime contract and whether this was a distraction for the Wolverines football team this week in their preparation against Ohio State.
Harbaugh’s response? “No. Fake news.” Mildly laughing as he said it.
While Harbaugh may end up receiving a long term extension at some point, it appears the rumor has no firm basis. Quinn, a former Notre Dame quarterback, may not be the best outlet to trust when it comes to rumors.
