CHICAGO -- Jim Harbaugh gave potentially the best possible news of Michigan preseason today at the Big Ten preseason media days.
He expects U-M's top receiver from last year, Jehu Chesson, will be ready when fall camp begins Aug. 8.
"I believe he will," Harbaugh said.
Chesson, a senior, was Michigan's most productive receiver last year with 50 catches for 764 yards and nine touchdowns but injured his leg in the Citrus Bowl win over Florida on Jan. 1.
