To paraphrase Jim Brandstatter, “The Michigan Wolverines have vanquished Ohio State...again.” For the third year in a row, Michigan relied upon its physical identity in the trenches and outlasted Ohio State, 30-24.
Credit to the Buckeyes; they came into this game prepared to mix it up, play balanced and compete for 60 minutes. But unfortunately for Ohio State, after eliminating all possible excuses and facing a Harbaugh-less Michigan team, the Buckeyes could still not find a solution for their immense — and growing — Michigan problem.
Every player contributed to this statement victory, but some (barely) outshined others.
