Former Michigan football offensive coordinator Mike DeBord rejoins staff as analyst

Michigan football opens the season on Sept. 5 on the road against Washington and finish it on Nov. 28 on the road against Ohio State Wochit

Mike DeBord is back at Michigan.

The former assistant coach is now an analyst on Jim Harbaugh's coaching staff, announcing the move on Tuesday night via Twitter. The athletic department's directory lists him as "analyst."

"It's GREAT to be a MICHIGAN WOLVERINE!!!" DeBord wrote.

This will be the third stop in Ann Arbor for DeBord. He first joined the program in 1993, coaching the offensive line through 1996 before becoming the offensive coordinator from 1997 — when Michigan won a national title — through 1999.
