Ed Warinner officially announced as offensive line coach

With the departure of former offensive line coach/offensive coordinator Tim Drevno, there became a need for a new offensive line coach. On Monday afternoon, Michigan officially announced the addition of Ed Warinner as the new OL coach on Twitter.

Warinner comes to Michigan highly touted for his developmental abilities along the offensive line and has proven so by developing elite offensive lineman into legitimate NFL prospects such as current Detroit Lion, Taylor Decker. Warinner has served previously as the offensive coordinator at Ohio State, and as run game coordinator for Minnesota.

It appears Warinner is fitting right in with the coaching staff and mainly, with Head Coach Jim Harbaugh as evidenced this week on the Attack Each Day podcast
