Chesson: I'm healthy, ready for U-M fall practice

Jehu Chesson's status for fall practice has been unclear for months.

Michigan's All-Big Ten wide receiver suffered a knee injury in the Citrus Bowl last January and has slowly worked his way back. Even last week, head coach Jim Harbaugh was evasive about whether Chesson would be full strength when fall practice begins Monday.

Chesson cleared that up today, saying he's completely healthy.

"I'm ready to go," Chesson said today at Michigan's preseason football media day. "We didn't set a date or anything. Just go by how you feel and I feel great."

He told multiple reporters he suffered a partial PCL tear.
