Charles Woodson took a microphone at Michigan Stadium last month and made a promise.
Speaking at the university's commencement ceremony, the Heisman Trophy winner and elected College Football Hall of Famer promised Michigan would defeat Ohio State on the field this fall.
Why?
Why not, he says.
"You know what, to be quite honest, I really feel like in recent years there hasn't been the emphasis I'm used to being put on that game," Woodson said Saturday at The ChadTough Foundation's gala in Ann Arbor.
