In case you’ve been living under a rock the past few days, Michigan won The Game. Against all odds (literally), Sherrone Moore and company pulled off a stunner and ended Ohio State’s Big Ten title hopes.
The question we are asking today is how will that affect Michigan’s bowl selection resume?
Certainly, 7-5 looks better than 6-6. Add in the fact Michigan now has a signature win over a team that was ranked No. 2 at the time, and we’re in business. While the Wolverines certainly won’t be going to the College Football Playoff or playing for anything meaningful, bowl season is always a great time to get younger players reps and prepare for 2025.
