A little over six months ago, Brandon Johns sat in a locker room in the Honda Center in Anaheim, California, one day before Michigan basketball’s Sweet 16 matchup against Texas Tech.
A true freshman at the time, Johns was grateful that the Wolverines had advanced to the second weekend of the NCAA tournament.
