As spring practice ramps up, Jim Harbaugh 'rejuvenated' about Michigan football

ANN ARBOR -- Jim Harbaugh re-appeared in front of reporters on Friday, well rested and cracking a few smiles.

His off-season work is complete, coaching staff restocked and preparation is already underway for the 2018 season.

And the Michigan football coach is clearly looking ahead.

"Good day," Harbaugh said after his team completed its first spring practice. "It's a rejuvenated team. I really like the way they've trained over the last two and a half months.

"Getting back onto the field was great."

Lost in the coaching carousel was the introduction of Michigan's new strength and conditioning coordinator, Ben Hebert, and his staff of four assistants.
