There were plenty of reasons why Michigan lost to USC last Saturday. One of them was the fact that Justice Haynes only got 10 carries due to injury.
His presence wouldn't have made up 18 points. The game might have been closer, though, and there's no doubt that Haynes is currently Michigan's best offensive player.
Bryce Underwood will get there. He's thrown for over 200 yards in consecutive games. There have been ups and downs, but Haynes has been the consistent part of the Michigan football offense, with five consecutive 100-yard games to open the season.
