An ugly win is still a win. That's something Michigan football fans will need to remember after a 21-16 win over Purdue on Saturday night.
Without two turnovers by Bryce Underwood, as well as a few misses on what could have been big plays, even touchdowns, this would have been the bowout it was expected to be.
Instead, it was a grind. But thanks to Jordan Marshall, the defense, and the offensive line, the Wolverines won with their back against the wall for a third straight week, maintaining control of their own destiny in the Big Ten title race.
