Michigan’s 2022 class doubled on Friday when four-star linebacker Tyler Martin announced his commitment.
Martin committed to Michigan over other offers from Boston College, Nebraska, Virginia Tech, Vanderbilt, Arkansas, Virginia, Syracuse, UMass and Dartmouth.
The 6-foot-3, 245-pounder from Acton, Massachusetts is the latest player from his state to commit to the Wolverines. In fact, he is the seventh player from the state of Massachusetts to commit to Michigan over the last three recruiting cycles (2020-22).
Don Brown offered Martin his very first scholarship back on May 31, 2018. Brown made Martin a priority recruit for the program ever since.
